Michele Dutra is a highly experienced Interior Designer and Natural Health Consultant, specializing in Naturopathic Nutrition. Her passion is to support clients as they build or remodel their dream homes, as well as offering healthy home designs for healthier living. Michele grew up in Northern California, spending a great deal of time outdoors and at our gorgeous lakes. She has also resided on the Hawaiian Isle of Oahu for 7 years, then Scotland in the UK for 20 years, before returning to the North State.
Her biggest passion is family, especially her two daughters. She loves spending time with them and watching them succeed in school, sports, and life in general. Michele has been exposed to many types of architecture, cultures, and climates, of which include the San Francisco Bay Area's Victorian and Craftsman style homes and Mid-Century or modern high-rise condominiums, multi-million dollar custom homes in Hawaii, and the cold, rainy, damp climate of Scotland with historical stone buildings such as Castles and Manors. She has travelled to over 20 countries, many in Europe, and has been exposed to the different styles, designs, and architecture that she now can bring to her work as a Designer. Here locally, she helps clients find ways to beat the heat at home and enjoy outdoor living, and offers a great deal of compassion and support for those clients that have survived disasters such as the recent wildfires.

Michele's passions for family and health made her gravitate towards residential design, where the family gathers most and where many tools for wellbeing can be easily accessible. Michele specializes in custom kitchens and bathrooms. These rooms are important to daily nutrition and detoxification methods, so homeowners can experience a spa-like dwelling, entertain to their heart's content, and thoroughly enjoy their time spent at home every single day.
Michele supplies both semi-custom and fully custom beautiful, quality cabinetry, offering 5 manufacturers to meet each client's unique needs. She provides innovative pantry, closet, and walk-in wardrobe solutions from several brands. Additionally, Michele offers superb support in the selection and customization of fine furniture, lighting, window coverings, and home decor through local designer showrooms.
Michele received her Design degree in Sacramento before relocating to Hawaii, where she studied and was credentialed with the NKBA (National Kitchen & Bath Association). The NKBA standardizes the Kitchen and Bath Industry and offers the highest level of training for that niche of Design. During her time in Scotland, Michele earned over half a dozen Credentials for various Health and Wellbeing modalities. She has the ability to practice as a Natural Health Consultant in the USA, Canada, UK, and Australia.
